Here is a summary of frequently asked questions about the Sphere integration feature.
Questions about display and operation
Sphere information is not displayed in the Order Book. What should I do?
Please check the following.
- Check that the "External" toggle in the upper right of the Order Book is turned on.
- Please check with your product administrator or organization settings manager to confirm that you have been assigned as a user of the Sphere integration feature.
- Please confirm that the setup procedure for the Sphere integration feature has been completed. (A contract between Sphere and your organization, as well as access authorization by us, is required.)
Why does Sphere information behave differently from orders in eSL?
Sphere information is blast information from brokers and operates differently from orders in eSquare Live. The main differences are as follows.
- Not automatically removed: Information does not disappear automatically even after a deal is executed or an order is canceled. Please refer to the sync time to check the freshness of the information.
- Display only: Direct deal execution is not possible on eSquare Live.
- Does not include your organization's orders: Orders sent by your organization to brokers via various chat tools are not included in Sphere information.
Sphere information is not displayed in the Timeline's own organization orders and deals section.
Sphere information is not displayed in the own organization orders and deals tab. Please check the "Sphere" filter tab in the market Timeline.
Also, your organization's own orders and deals are not included in Sphere information.
The volume in Sphere information is displayed as " - ".
If the information sent from the broker does not include volume data, " - " is displayed.
Questions about contracts and settings
I would like to use the Sphere integration feature. What should I do?
A direct contract between Sphere and your organization is required. For details, please refer to "How to use the Sphere integration feature (contract and application flow)".
What happens when the contract expires?
When the contract period with Sphere ends, the data feed from Sphere will stop, and the Sphere integration feature on eSL will also stop. Please contact Sphere directly regarding renewal or cancellation procedures.
Can anyone configure the chat settings with brokers?
Chat integration settings are configured by each Sphere-assigned user from their own Personal settings. Bulk configuration by an organization administrator is not available.
