If you would like to increase or decrease the number of available slots for the Sphere integration feature, we will submit an application to Sphere on your behalf. This article explains the procedure.
Process for Changing the Number of Slots
- Submit a request to us: Please contact our sales representative or use the eSquare Live inquiry form to let us know the desired number of slots and the preferred effective date.
- Confirmation with Sphere: We will notify Sphere of the change details and confirm with them.
- System update: Once Sphere has confirmed, we will update the number of slots on the eSquare Live side.
- Notification of completion: After the update is complete, we will send you a notification email.
Actions After Adding Slots
After slots have been added, a product administrator or organization settings manager should assign new users from the "Sphere Settings" tab in the organization settings.
Notes When Reducing Slots
Note: When reducing the number of slots, if the current number of assigned users exceeds the new slot count, a product administrator or organization settings manager must adjust the user assignments in the organization settings screen.
