Sphere information with an outdated sync time can be hidden from the Order Book by right-clicking. If you accidentally remove it, you can restore it using the "Undo" toast notification.
Prerequisites
- You must be assigned as a user of the Sphere integration feature.
- The "External" toggle in the upper right of the Order Book must be turned on.
Removing Sphere information from the Order Book
- Right-click on the Sphere information displayed in the Order Book.
- Select "Hide this information."
- The relevant Sphere information will be hidden from the Order Book.
Note: Removing from the Order Book applies only to your own screen. It does not affect the screens of other Sphere-assigned users within the same organization.
If you accidentally removed it (Undo)
- After the removal operation, an "Undo" toast notification will appear on screen.
- While the toast is displayed, clicking "Undo" will restore the Sphere information to view.
Caution: Once the toast disappears, the information cannot be restored. Please take care when performing the removal operation.
